Raspberry Coconut Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Raspberries
  • 2 oz Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream (sweetened)

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Muddle Raspberries
  2. Combine all liquids in your shaker
  3. Shake well with ice until chilled
  4. Double strain over fresh ice
This pink cocktail is a creamy delight. The acidity of the lime and the sweet and tart creaminess make this such a fun cocktail to drink. I love to use additive free Blanco Tequila for this recipe, but you could also substitute Rum for an equally satisfying cocktail. Make this on a hot day, or for your Valentine. Make sure to shake the coconut cream well, and strain with care for the best results!
